Pricing questions

What counts as a credential event?−

Included volume is measured in credential verification events — one verified financial credential verified from multi-signal source financial data. Generic API calls (session creation, status checks, webhooks) do not count against your included volume.

Is there a minimum commitment?+

Paid Starter and Growth plans require a 3-month minimum. Annual commits receive a 10–15% discount. Enterprise contracts are bespoke. You can request a demo before choosing a plan; any pilot scope and fees are agreed separately.

What happens if a credential is revoked mid-verification?+

If a credential is revoked by the user between your request and our response, we return a revoked status at no charge. Revocations are real-time — there is no polling delay.

Can you offer outcome-based pricing?+

For mature Enterprise accounts we can discuss outcome-aligned structures once ROI is established from your pilot data. All outcome terms are negotiated privately — contact sales to explore options for your volume and corridor mix.

How is sandbox access handled?+
