Pricing questions
What counts as a credential event?−
Included volume is measured in credential events — one portable underwriting credential generated from multi-signal data. Generic API calls (session creation, status checks, webhooks) do not count against your included volume.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
Starter and Growth plans require a 3-month minimum — we avoid month-to-month for institutional buyers. Annual commits receive a 10–15% discount. Enterprise contracts are bespoke.
What happens if a credential is revoked mid-verification?+
If a credential is revoked by the user between your request and our response, we return a revoked status at no charge. Revocations are real-time — there is no polling delay.
Can you offer outcome-based pricing?+
Yes, for mature Enterprise accounts after ROI is proven. Outcome pricing can include a fee per approved file, funded account, or fraud event prevented. Contact us to discuss terms once you have baseline data from your pilot.
How is sandbox access handled?+
Sandbox access is bundled into all paid tiers at no extra cost. You receive dedicated sandbox and live API keys. Sandbox credential events are never billed.
